the leaseholders of this famously affordable, but profitable, restaurant were removed 15th june 2009 without compensation by the management and their staff told it was because prices had become too expensive. These prices had already been in operation for the previous year and had been approved of by the management. Every month 36,500 baht rent was paid on time, staff and customers were happy and this was one of the busiest places in town for travellers and local Thais. Guidebooks and web forums talked of the low prices and high standards the leaseholders offered at the Jolly Frog. |

Owners of a business like Jolly Frog should be examples. Thailand should not have to stay a 3rd World country. |
Good business can be done ethically. Support honest business. |
